Payment
Budoshop ApS accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay Online, Visa Electron, Maestro, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover Card.
Payment will only be charged to your account once the physical goods have been shipped, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All prices on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currency for pricing:
• Denmark – Danish Kroner (DKK)
Budoshop ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, ensuring that your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorized third parties.
The Budoshop ApS website also uses SSL encryption.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1–3 business days.
Budoshop ApS ships goods using the following methods: local pickup and GLS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight.
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your address.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are issued exclusively in electronic form and are delivered digitally after the purchase is completed. Gift cards may be used as a means of payment on our platform in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the gift card can no longer be used, and any remaining balance will expire without refund or extension.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable, either in whole or in part. The risk of loss or unauthorized use of the gift card rests with the holder.
Right of Withdrawal
A full 14-day right of return is granted on goods purchased via the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.
Any return shipping costs are borne by you.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the returned item must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email to retur@budoshop.dk.
The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.
Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods. This means that you may inspect the item, but not use or test it. Returns are not accepted for aromas and bases.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. Budoshop ApS determines the condition of the item.
Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in software, materials, and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported to Budoshop ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.
A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right of complaint is void in cases of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
Budoshop ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Complaints will not be accepted if sent cash on delivery (COD) or without delivery.
Customer & Privacy Policy
We do not resell personal data and do not disclose your personal information to third parties. Your information is registered only in our customer database. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Budoshop ApS, we require the following information:

• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address
We register your personal data for the purpose of delivering the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with Budoshop ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the data is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that this always occurs with your explicit consent, so that you are informed exactly which information is collected and why.
The directors and a limited number of employees of Budoshop ApS have access to the information registered about you.

We do not store or transmit customer information in encrypted form.
As a registered customer of Budoshop ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access the information registered about you.
