Right of Withdrawal

A full 14-day right of return is granted on goods purchased via the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered.

Any return shipping costs are borne by you.

Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery and the returned item must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.

Notice of withdrawal must be sent by email to retur@budoshop.dk.

The notification must clearly state your wish to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature of the goods. This means that you may inspect the item, but not use or test it. Returns are not accepted for aromas and bases.

If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used and of reduced value. This means that, upon withdrawal, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund at all. Budoshop ApS determines the condition of the item.

Right of Complaint

A 2-year right of complaint is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint applies to defects in software, materials, and workmanship.

Complaints regarding defects or deficiencies must be reported to Budoshop ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods.

A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We refund reasonable shipping costs.

The right of complaint is void if the product has been handled incorrectly or used in an unusual manner.

Budoshop ApS covers return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
